"MiNiN" runs through the heart of Nizhny Novgorod for the first time

On 1 February, Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus Roman Golovchenko and Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin took a test ride in a new fully low-floor tram model T811 manufactured by BKM Holding.

At the end of January tests were completed and the certificate of compliance with the current regulatory framework was received. The tram is undergoing trial tests and acceptance procedure, and after its completion it will be put into service on regular routes.

By the end of 2023, Nizhny Novgorod will receive more than 80 trams, 10 of which will be entirely manufactured in Minsk, and 70 will be assembled from BKM Holding machinery sets at the production facilities of JV Nizhekotrans in Vorsma.
