12/30/2022 02:00:00 pm

2022 has been a bright and productive year for BKM Holding! It’s time to look back and review the outgoing year.

The production of the first electric truck, the Vitovt Truck Electro Prime, which was presented in February, was a unique and most significant event not only for BKM Holding, but also for Belarus.

In September, the company produced its 5,000th vehicle. The trolleybus model 32100D of the OLGERD series with an increased autonomous run received this proud title.

In the same month, the newly constructed paint shop with brand-new equipment was officially put into operation.

And in December, the cherry on the cake was the opening of the ultrafast charging complex Brilevichi in Minsk, a joint project with Belorusneft, which combines charging of both electric cars and public electric transport.

In terms of products, in 2022 BKM Holding supplied its vehicles to 13 cities in Belarus and abroad.

Sarajevo, the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina, received trolleybuses model 43300D. In Belarus, new trolleybuses models 321 and 32100D are on the lines in Vitebsk, Brest and Grodno. Kazakhstan received the opportunity to renew the tram fleet in Ust’ Kamennogorsk with tram cars model 62103. The Russian Federation accounted for a large share of deliveries: 56 trolleybuses model 32100D went to Volgograd and 45 to Saint Petersburg, where deliveries will continue in 2023.

A significant milestone was the start of production of a 100% low-floor tram car, model T811, that uses the latest motor bogie developed by BKM Holding. The first tramcar was manufactured for Nizhny Novgorod, which will receive a total of 170 new tramcars, both single-section model T811 and triple-section model T856, until 2024. In order to implement this project, a joint production facility Nizhekotrans was established in Vorsma (Nizhny Novgorod Region) in September.

After a successful pilot operation in Sochi in October, electric bus model E321 and the fast charging station were purchased and handed over to MUE Sochiavtotrans.

For the next year BKM Holding has already signed contracts for 45 trolleybuses for Ekaterinburg and 60 for Krasnodar, as well as 12 100% low-floor tram cars for Samara and 10 for Barnaul.

In 2023, BKM Holding will focus on maintaining its leading position in the trolleybus segment, as well as on developing its potential in the tramcar market. The company will continue its fruitful cooperation with towns in Belarus, increase its market share in the Russian Federation, and work on entering the markets of non-CIS countries.

BKM Holding will continue contributing to the improvement of the image of a modern city, introducing efficient transport solutions with concern for people and the environment.

And to you, dear passengers and partners, we wish more and more modern and comfortable urban transport on the streets of your cities!
