In 2016, there was a restyling of the SYABAR series – at the customer's choice, it became possible to install one of the options for outdoor lighting equipment: on the basis of spotlights or block headlights. Spotlights can be installed both with incandescent lamps and with the use of LED technology.

Trolleybuses of seria SYABAR can be equipped with an autonomous running system based on modern electric power storage devices. The storage devices are charged while driving under the contact trolleybus network or from the charging station.

It is possible to remove and install current collectors on the contact network automatically from the driver's cab.
